Not sure what part of PA your in, but if a drive to NY is doable for you, you can go to www.glasscages.com and see what they would charge to build something like this for you.

gonna drive up there and get a tank coffee table sometime. lol. and i got a couple leads gonna try. tryin there as well.

I forgot to post the picture, just found it on the camera and it reminded me. 2 little fish have now been joined by 2 others, there is also a small plec in there and all are fine and eating well. I'll try to get some better shots but this thing is a pain to photograph due to the length:

i have one of these tanks in acrylic. bought it from a pet store that went out of business. mine is 96"x12"x12". i use it for feeder fish.

i love it. anything to increase my total water volume is sweet!

The tank has been up and running for a few weeks now. Everything is fine, he's added plants but doesn't everyone when they start out in the hobby. I'm very rusty on plants as I've not done them for a while and the tank has low level lighting but I think one will pull through if it roots, I'll have to consult the plant bible for the name I just can't remember.

Get this I've been keeping fish full time for 10 or so years and off and on before that and have never had any fish breed(tropical). Not a problem for Dan the novice, the fish have had one successful spawn already and the female is ready to drop again:nilly: Ok so the fish eat the fry but still not bad for a novice in a three week old tank.

Some pics I took after trying to get a shot of the last of the fry, by total coincidence I had my trusty MFK T shirt on at the time, thanks again to brother Zennzzo:):

Even the once shy pleco is starting to make an appearance every now and again:

hey, i got an idea. bring it to me in america!! you know u want to!!

It'd be hard to get my tank back let alone convince him to ship it to the states ;-)

you can do it!

just checking out the diy section, that tank is pretty sweet, i think a heavily planted, lots of moss on the driftwood would look extra badass lol and an eel of course would be cool
