All good with my district.... so far. Other districts in the area are cutting some postions and some teachers.
well i got assigned to a class today......
high school honors chemistry
my worst science subject, go figure 
oh well we'll see how it goes. i was hoping for a biology or anatomy class. i just eeked by chemistry and organic chemistry here in college

I would hate to teach a subject I am weak on...
Kids are going INSANE with indoor recess. Been raining for a week straight and going to be raining one more week straight again!!!!! Ohh well it well help with the water shortage...

well i started my observations last week. luckily the teacher is head of the science department so she let me pick what classes i want to sit in on. im observing an honors biology class and a, well, not honors class 
two very different sets of students and two teachers with very different teaching styles. im learning alot on how you have to manage a class based on the students

Every class has an interactive white board and i love them! ( that's James's head in the way, and my writing on the board )
