The ugliest fish you will see

I was up at MacDuff Aquarium in Scotland, and came across this fish in one of their tanks; I'm assuming it's a native species, I've never seen it before anyway

Yeah it seems to be the go to decor for these places, to raise awareness for pollution

No wonder it's so weird looking. Look at the decors. It's as if it's enviroment made it look like that.
