I found it interesting that when they collect "wild" cichlids from Florida waterways, many of them, even ones we consider aggressive, have a large amount of plant material in their stomachs. No fish is completely carnivorous or herbivourus...lol. They get a little of each. Like when a jag sucks in a fish, it gets bits of plants and debris too.... Or a severum is eatin a plant, it gets some snails..
