The ultimate arowana question.....?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I think it can be done, I beleive a member did something of the sort awhile back... not sure about the asians tho? Kept aussie leich, slvr, blk, africans, and 'pimas. Tankmates were gars, tarpon, polys, and others.

GL!

I currently have 4 silvers and 3 greens , all going fine a week into it , haha might add a few Leis to the mix in the next month or so when I upgrade the tank and the aros get bigger. Pass on the jars I have never had a "nice" one.

I only manage to try 3 continents of arowanas before. My mix com consist of silver, jar and asia last month. But I have removed the silver and put them back together with their kind and now only have asia and jar together. I remove the silvers from the tank is to cut down the bioload not becos they're aggressive. Infact, they are very peaceful in there.

Every piece are aggressive. It's just how much only. I have very aggressive green before, RTG and even red. I also got very aggressive silver.

Thus I cant tell which is more aggressive.

Thank you...
I thought maybe there was a general understanding, like in the Non-Asian Aros, Jardini was on average the greatest aggressor.

So it is safe to assume, that the "Mean Green" myth is just that, a Myth?
