few update pics to try and hold yall over.
first pic and 2nd is a removeable burrow. gona have vines growing over the edges and pressed against the wall so it will act like a burrow. its removeable so i can upgrade it.
3rd is one of the vines im gonna use
4th pic is to show off my dwarf bannana tree. you could see part of it in the vine pic so i felt obligated to show it off.:grinno:
and as long as this other pond measures the correst height it will be upgraded in a very short amount of time. lol
side note i took these not my beautiful wife who does normally, so they suck. i suck at taken pictures

Wow... This is amazing. I saw your thread in the DIY forum and I had to check it out. I wasn't even aware you could keep Caimans as "pets" :nilly: Can't wait to see it finished.

we can were i live!!

Ahh I like the "burrow", provides cover but is open enough to see him. I had tons of fun trying to figure out the perfect amount of cover. Too much and you never see him, but not enough, especially over the water area, and he'd burrow into the mulch during the day.

PA as in Pennsylvania? Is there a list somewhere, of states that they are allowed? Not that I have any intention of running out and buying a croc, but you know what they say about curiosity. :nilly:

yeah as in pennsylvania. i had to research to find out if i could. i think thier maybe a sticky on it.

thanks SimonL, i had to think of something to try and make him visable and this appears like it will work. i hope so anyways. im still picking up some cork wood and cork tubes to create some more cover if she seems too skittish
