Last time I checked they still had just a wrap wire(some kind of tie wrap) around a broken part of the fence. The zombies are too stupid to see how easy it is too get in.

I like the theory but cannot see the gov being patient enough. I wonder if any last season characters are with him

next weeks sneak peak showed the gov's camping with 3-4 tents so he seems to still have the two guys with him.
I can totally see the gov being patient. he lost everything. his zombie daughter, the town, his aquariums full of heads, his eyeball. he's carefully plotting something. I just don't know who's going to be the one to kill him. daryl for merle? michonne or rick?
the rats at the fence,...... it's either a mole or the little girls. never thought about it being the gov or the two other guys getting on the inside to leave the rats then getting out. I guess that's possible

I have come to dislike carl a little less so his character has moved in the right direction. he's done some unexpected things that i liked and has stopped doing annoying ass things to put himself and others in danger. but I don't want him to be the one to ice the gov. well, maybe someone else just about kills the gov, everyone thinks he's dead, then gov does the classic come back to life scary jump at last attempt to kill someone and carl puts a hot one in his dome. i'd be ok with that

Daryl kills the gov. Gonna put a guess out there on that one but it seems likely. Another likely scenario would be that the governor is surrounded by walkers... and then it's down to the question of Revenge vs. Humanity as to whether they save him or not, and then obviously they let him be lunch.
