I was debating between ranking eddie's best and worst troll jobs or rank these walking dead girls. so I went with the honeys

IMO, this was the worse and most pointless ep from the show but considering how high I rank the show, it was still on the positive side and I don't regret seeing it. I even watched 80% of the encore.
There is one main issue I have with it though. When we last saw them they were on the tracks following Tyreese and the others... what happened with that?
I think the point of the ladybug was so Beth could see there is still something beautiful in the world.

well, they were tracking them but then that plan went out the window when they apparently ran into a small group of zombies and most likely just ran in whatever direction they could.

We have become a society that expects nearly instant gratification. It's a different kind of show and you have to get your kicks from the performances, cinematography, dialogue, etc. while the story picks up. If you're not the kind of person that reads a book every week or two for fun, it might not be up your alley.

Same w/ true detective, GoT, and practically every epic show out there. Seems like now if it doesn't have an epic battle in the first episode its trash
Wow just read some of the comments for that episode, you guys are going to miss out on a LOT of good things in life expecting everything to be amazing all the time

I do read. I also watch a pretty wide selection of shows. Its just if youre going to take for 3 hours to set up some killer/sociopath crap....I could go watch a large variety of investigative crime/detective shows done in 48 minutes! Sometimes itll string along 3-4 episodes and feel like a movie
I honestly dont get how anyone can defend taking that much of your time to get a show started. Its different to say hey I think if you make it to X, this aspect of the show might appeal to you. (IE spartacus starting off as a love story then switching to warriors and brotherhood) demand more from the directors and writers. It IS a competition after all. They must be doing something right though cuz im hearing from a broad range of people that its one of the top shows ever. Maybe you've forgotten how dry the beginning was because youve finally hit the sweet spot
