If I recall right krich has complained about flashbacks before. Maybe he just doesn't like them period.

like I said, I get that they had planned on getting around to it. that's exactly the part that I thought was dumb. it took glen, his padawan and Dr. Dre less than a minute to eliminate them. I just don't see why when there was a dozen of them there, they couldn't easily done it and move right along after a minute or two of taking care of the problem
 
btw, I think the flashbacks were necessary.

we needed some backstory to why things were a certain way and why they were doing certain stuff. it was a good way to bridge last season into this season. plus the flashbacks had things that reminded me of stuff that I had forgotten about from last season

Yup, story wouldn't make sense otherwise....or it'd feel like there was no gap in time if we just went straight to The night Rick went cray cray. Makes it feel like the show was still going while we were away.

Really showcased how BAAAAD the FTWD was lol

This one seemed like a pretty good episode although I woke up and caught the second half of it.
