We need more Carl, less Carol! The storylines with Rick, Carl, Michonne, and Darryl are a lot more fun than the ones with the second tier characters like Carol, Tyrese, and Beth because almost everyone likes Darryl and Michonne better than Carol and Beth. Hopefully this hospital and Beth story wraps up quick so I can see more Michonne slicing up zombies. I loved that scene when she gets her samurai sword back.

I don't mind the change of pace. carol, until recently haven't had much time in the spotlight.

like others have already said, the show could do a better job of character building. I think if they did that better the carol-focused episodes could be better. her episodes with Tyreese and lizzie/micah was done better than her's with daryl though.

and on other forums I visit everyone generally is loving carol lately

I think after all the fan complaints they know they dropped the ball and they're trying to explain themselves, but at the same time gonna try and fix it

that's what I got from that statement you posted

it was different with Hershel because they saw him die. they know he's dead. she doesn't know that beth is dead.

but what really bothers the fans is that when they all split after the prison, they showed Maggie really worried about glenn and making real effort to find him. they did pretty much zero of Maggie worrying about beth.

you would think every time reunited with prison members after the gov battle that Maggie would ask about beth. that all could've been dealt with with just a few lines of dialogue

X2. What a bunch of crap that article was. She had no idea if glenn was alive either. When the big group got together there def shouldve been some Dialogue . Even carol had some dislogue about the girls

Hey sumo, wasnt their dynamic awkward? Everyone is expecting them to hump but they just werent gelling at all. Lol. I bet they hump and she dies the next episode.

lol, when they were laying on the bunk bed, I was like, no way

it was then or never. and since nothing happened it did seem awkward

yes that article was just them trying to cover up. i'll forgive them if they seamlessly show Maggie somehow worrying or caring or remembering that she has a sister. if it looks forced i'll continue flaming them. we'll see what they try, if they're gonna even try at all

Interesting read...this takes place on the mid-season episode on November 30th

Reedus describes the hour's final moments as so devastating that they unleashed an intense wave of feelings before the cameras rolled. "I sat on an apple box with my head between my legs and just balled for an hour," he says. "I really wanted not to tear up during [the scene] — I wanted to be like I wasted every tear in my body before we started shooting — so I just sat there and cried and cried and cried."

That... that's not good. What could possibly be so awful for Daryl that Reedus himself was forced to sb himself out before shooting? Obviously, not a lot of options come to mind, and they all revolve around a few specific characters dying. Losing any of the people I'm thinking of would be equally tragic for the viewers, so allow me suggest a way it could be even worse — what if more than one person Daryl cares about dies?

Sounds like Carol gets it...or Beth
