Look people, it was only a "dog fish". who wouldn't save it??? Poor dog got pulled from the water only to be strangled by its owner. By the way, nice save...Go Humans!

i saw this story a few weeks ago.. the woman said the wind was blowing so hard it blew her dog right off the bridge into the water. the kid was there getting photos taken and didnt want to ruin his dress pants..
