I've been hooked ever since i picked up the teug. and to think it all started with my wife liking the "little dinosaur fish" (that being our first poly the senegal) at our LFS haha

Lol same way it started for us.... wife actually used the same words lol

Endlis look great your gonna love them. Those patterns look nice too and they arent even settled in yet

Haha that's good to hear. The one has found a really nice place in my driftwood and I don't think has any plans of leaving anytime soon so I only get to see one for now.

Hopefully once things settle he becomes a little more active. I don't regret buying these guys one bit. Can't wait for them to put on some weight. I'm going to try to throw some tilapia in there tonight to see if they'll take some food.

One of them already ate a little pellet but it wouldn't hurt for them to get a little food in there belly's. And if they don't want it the teug and sen will gladly eat the leftovers haha

I'll post some pics later to get some opinions but I feel like my tank has too much stuff in it i.e. rocks, driftwood, etc. I just feel like the polys need more surface area. There are tons of places to hide but no where to really get out and move

I had a similar set up (lots of wood) hated it. Polys were hiding and once they were getting larger they were gettong minor injuries from crashing into the stuff. Switch to absolutely nothing amd didnt like that one bit. Plus the polys didnt seem comfortable to me.
Added some med to large rocks. Happy medium lol if they want some quiet time they just hang behind the rocks.

Yes, these are my first endli's feisty little guys too. I already saw one of them scare the crap out of my senegal that's almost double its size in girth and length. at first I was worried it would be the other way around because the sen is pretty jerky but everything seems to be settling nicely.
this is wonderful news that everyone is getting along! The Endlis look great. :)
