No the buckets are not pink. They are a dark burgundy red. The 5g bucket is 11 1/4" across so you can see these are nicely sized.

More pics to come as they settle in.

Yeah, I know but this is just the qt tank. Ive done bare bottom qt but fish stress out so a little substrate with them is better than none.

In my 300g where they will go I dont have a red substrate and while I know these guys wont be 'the best', they are still quality fish that will look good. I like my Caribsea Peace River sand and my weeksii and teugelsi look awesome on it so thats what the new guys will get too.
 
Dont know why but I thought to cut up a shrimp and throw it in... The endli started eating! I went into this with the koliba lap being the fish I really wanted with the dabola endli as a secendary fish to order but I really love the big bulky look of the endli and its flatend head. Really look forward to seeing them in the morning with a little color.
