Thanks, I have never seen it in polys since Ive only kept a couple upper jaws that were more shy than anything. But since I have cichlids Ive seen the pecking order quite often in action. My pearsei keeps things calm but it gets tested still. I guess the whole thing will happen again once they leave qt and go into the 300 with the weeksii and teugelsi. They should settle down after a couple days. They're just establishing a pecking order
Looking good. Makes me want to get in on the new Bichir aqcuiring wave
I just turned lights off and put frozen krill in for the night. I need to watch the endli's eyes since they look like they were scuffed a bit. usually need a day or two to clear up.
Im curious to see what my endli does with my crew. I knew you had cut feedings back for a bit, so I was wondering.
I don't know about that hahaha. I think yours was the real sparkActually you kind of started all of this
I want them to eat pellets too, but at this stage with strong aggressive eating cichlids I need a game plan. Right now a wide varity of raw foods and soaking in Boyds before feeding is what Ive been doing. I still have other things I can add like earth worms, and a little beef heart in moderation, so it will be a variety of stuff.I've been meaning to ask do you plan on keeping them on that diet ? Any pros cons to removing pellets
I do have some vacation pics to share.... or did you want pics of the new fish? lolYou owe us some pics at some point today

They have a little color today but nothing impressive. I wish the endli's eyes were clearer but still a bit cloudy. They did not eat all the krill and I did a water change and cleaned up the excess food.
