I'm always curious now a days where some people learn their information from. You should've asked him where he learned all that.
I am new to the hobby and this is why I joined MFK. I was tired of buying fish and have them die, or be killed, only to find out later I was thou just re moron for believing the line of crap i was feed. Thanks for the post, you just reaffirmed my lack of faith in pet store employees.
Don't write them all off.There are good and bad employees but you just have to figure out who is who and the more you learn about your hobby the easier that will be....There are still a few guys around here who I consider to be "gurus"and they have been around for years but the majority are kids who can't be bothered enough to research and learn about the fish themselves much less give customers any decent information.....Then you have guys like the subject of this thread lol.
There is a pet store in the same town... a couple of the guys know a ton about fish... but they will lie to make a sale.
Sounds like a BS story to me. I can't believe anyone is this stupid. THis is like way over exaggerated.
