Thinking about a new puppy........

I have been thinking about getting my dream dog breed...{love my doberman and my beloved pomerian} ....but now i would like an english bull terrier .... i have wanted one since i firtst saw them...on MFK... they just make me smile when i see their faces... anybody have some tips for me.. what to look for etc... what to expect... pictures of yours.. how well do they get along with other dogs and socialize... will he be as stubborn as they say..?? any advice is appreciated..

i know this will take awhile to get some replys.. but i am patient.. this breed is actually very uncommon.... only two breeders near me...

did you own one.. even as a puppy growing up with an older dog ?

my uncle had one when i was very little. you must make sure they know who is in charge they are very loyal and extremely loving but a firm hand is a must with them! they are very playful too and extremely protective of their family.

those dogs are really agressive, and they are not compatible for other dogs

total rubbish


they are great dogs... thick as hell but great charactors
they need alot of exercise and training as they like there own way and can be really stubborn but they make great family dogs if raised correctly

and like with any dog if bought up properly and socialized from an early age they will be no trouble with other dogs

if youve got a dobie you'll have no trouble getting to grips with an English bull
