will make a thread on them once they settle. all have started pecking at a few things. will see if they eat any fillets when i feed them. the jags are 3" and i put them in the 125gal with the ray, aro, ck and baby tsn. i will move what i have to before it or they become an issue. the dovii is smaller and an f1 costa rican. i put it in with some small pbass.

I've kept dovii to full size they are aggressive and can do alot of damage if so inclined. However they are no more aggressive than a midas or red devil they are just bigger. There is alot of hype about dovii and from my experience its mostly from people that have never actually kept one. In short are they aggressive? yes total glassbanger. Are they vicious killers the likes of which you've never seen? No different than a jag or midas/devil. Due to size and dentition can they do more damage? yes. I had a midas I had to net so I could clean the tank or he would draw blood. My dovii runs from my hand. Not saying that your situation will work but dont rule out dovii over all the hype.
 
i will not rule it out. i have alot of aggressive fish and have had alot of aggressive fish over the years. i will give this one a shot. it is a costa rican f1 and i have seen several vids of them mixed. like i said i will deffinatly be watching it and if i cant have a tank for it i will sell it. i am prepard to do what is nessisary for this fish. i am going to be taking a risk puting it with some fish. right now it is with 6 pbass of simmilar size. it has been schooling with them. will this change maybe, could it behave if it is raised with other fish from a small size, possible. time will tell how
this one turns out.
