Thinking about florida

I always hated living in Florida. I wasn't in the hobby when I lived there but looking back I see many missed opportunities with fish kepping and herp keeping. Aside from that Florida is a cesspool, overpriced, too many old people, humid as hell, and hurricanes.

i would not go to this extreme but i did not like it either...especially the humidity...........wow was it humid.. and HOT.. buggy..hated those fire ants..always looked on the ground... big banana spiders... snakes on the loose.. haha.. i wish i had my camera back then.. but i did not enjoy the heat most of all... too much of a good thing can be bad..

Well small is easier quieter and to me better and heat and humidity don't bother me its cold that does and I'm tired of the Midwest I've been here to long

Back off the Florida bashing. Where else can you fill your tank by with exotics just by fishing in the continental 48. Sounds like sour grapes.:D

Anywhere in central Florida below Orlando. Go to Myakka and you can have coyotes, gators, panthers, bears, and skunk ape for neighbors.
