how about the food question? can you get away with feeding them just one kind of fish. Or do you need to change it up, can/ do you soak food in some sore of vitamins ?
If you feed one food source the rays have a tendency to get hooked on one food and become stubborn when not offered their preferred food. I just offer a varied diet and I haven't ever done vitamin baths with rays but I'm sure it wouldn't hurt as a supplement.how about the food question? can you get away with feeding them just one kind of fish. I have mine on shrimp, tilapia, and worms leftover from fishing. I've never fed fish that I've caught but if you haven't had any issues with it then I'd say go for it.what kinds of food do you feed? if i just switched different kinds of fish would that be enough? I usually have shrimp in my freezer and i can get tilapia through work for around $2 a lb. then northern. what if i also fed say pan fish, perch stuff like that. would that be enough of a selection?
