I looked again and it may be just too minimal. There doesn't seem to be enough Mosaic on the finnage. i change my mind and say female.... can you post another pic of the bottom one?

red tiger motas are nice but I'd probably just go with a festae since they're much easier to find and very similar. You know you're going to get spectacular colors out of them too, you never know with rtm's.
