if you have live fish, maybe guppies or mollies, maybe you can try feeding him that first . to get him comfortable in your aquarium.

Yep, I think this way too. He eat some feeders after fly (at night, than I dont look at him). But always use live small fishes to feed him is wrong way! He must train eat frozen food. Anyone who has NTT, how long they dont eat? I heard that NTT is hardest to train eat frozen food. There is no problem with other Datz
oh nice!! then at least you know he eats. i think they are easier to train than NGT?
maybe you can starve him for a few days then drop some chopped prawns or fish? if he doesn't take it. remove and try again a few days later.
No problems with NGT. They eat everything. They big, fat and very brash

But NTT is the other way...very shy fish, trying like you say drop chopped shrimps and tila[ia fish, but he not paying attenchion on it...only water polluting ((

Thanks, I don't have it anymore but it was fed mostly Massivore and occasionally market shrimp.
lol, so far my NGT does not know how ot take fish , only shrimps.
he just looks at pelets and frozen fish when it drops to the tank floor.

How long you have him? They can shy for first month or two, but then.....they swimming everythere, eat all you drop (exept pellets) and keep stable color.

Just dont worry about him. Feed your aquarium like ordinary. Here is video of my 2 of them:
