I dont know about that, I havent been to Japan before so I dont know if I would like it and they already have too many people...
I would like to have a big family and in Japan I would be restricted to 1... since I was an only child I dont really want just one...

Heres my thread on some fish prices at the Gold Coast (Queensland).
If your looking for some cheap fish, go elsewhere. Oh and by the way, you can get almost every fish that you take for granted in Canada when your in Australia, but expect to spent very high 3 figure sums. Hell, even a AC110 costs $199.95. But we do have higher minimum wages.

Australia would be an awesome place to move. Best of luck and start shopping for plane tickets now IMO. They are going up all the time now with the oil situation.
Yeah Australia sucks for fish. Our natives are the only Monster type fish you will get very cheap. Alot of the more common cool stuff is available, Bichirs, Gars, Clown knife, RTC, TSN, dats and Aro's ect but expect to pay 250-600. Things like tigs and Asian aro's are more like 2000+. I have a Gold clown knife, 2 Senegals, Mystus nemurus and 2 Asian upsidedown cats which probably cost me 1200-1500 over the years but i cant remember what i payed for them all now. Would of probably cost you 200. I know i will get yelled at by some for this and ive never been to Canada but i have been to the US and Australia is 10 times better so other then expensive fish you wont at all be disapointed if you moved here.

I keep thinking the opposite, move to the US or Canada so I can keep all the cool fish that I can't get here (lower jaw poly's, pbass, uaru F's, black aro, etc etc). GF's not at all keen, she'd rather head to the UK where she has family.
