I have already emailed this to the appropriate law officials in Tennessee since the laws there state that killing or capturing native reptiles is illegal.

That's pretty weird. Bad design sense it kills snakes......kinda confused on what the python trap was supposed to do though
 
I hope these people get in some trouble.
 
I am hoping for him to be shut down and fined at least.
 
The guy puts a disclaimer on his YouTube video to remove Snakes before sundown. Is anyone gonna do that?... No... especially not with its intended targets, Rattlesnakes and Copperheads.

not to mention it is almost impossible for an experienced herper to get a snake out of that netting let alone an average joe trying to untangle a hot... YEAH RIGHT!
 
you can look at it different ways i guess..but as i see it your trapping them which isnt good..but hes also trying to "keep" them away from his children..psh he should be shut down and fined..leave the snakes alone and they wont bite dumbazz
