A diet of just feeder? I thought they were too high in fat and should only be used as a treat not as the main source of nutrition for any fish. Correct me if I'm wrong
 
I don't know according to PETA tank looks to be bigger than what they recommend.

Well,pacu are omnivorous and probably eat much more vegetable matter than animal in the wild,as their teeth seem to hint at but this one does not seem to have fared too badly on a feeder diet if it has lived as long as this guy is claiming....The benefits and drawbacks of feeder fish is already well documented.

Guys, this fish is 43 years old, it is fine. If it was being harmed it would have died a long time ago.
