yeah he looks alot better now now i am looking at his eyes and they have a white spot on both eyes look at the 3rd pic in after surgery thats not a camera blur its cloudy

There is always the possibility that his eye or eyes were injured somewhat ..maybe even going through the procedure.. i am sure it was extremely difficult to detach that fish from his jaws.. you did not have to do anything to him but the pressure of holding him etc.. maybe you should add some salt.. but since i am not familiar with the medication and treatment of these fish you should wait to get more experienced help.. but i know cloudy eye would be quite easy to happen under these circumstances..
