Not a good choice. They need a LOT of room, usually a host fish (which should be three times larger than the ramora and willing to have a parasitic fish clinging to it) and are very hard to keep on food once in captivity.
I've kept them before. One I had would hardly eat, and kept trying to attach to a 9 foot sandtiger who didn't want it. Then one day, it was just gone (but the sandtiger seemed to be smiling.)
