I watched almost all of you shows when I was a kid. I cant belive your gone, you were my hero steve and I will always have a place In my heart for you.

The world has a lot to thank you for steve, including myself. For over a decade I have watched you on the television, and could obviously see your true love for nature, the animals in your care, aswell as your family and friends. You have inspired me to choose my life path down the road of conservation (most recently sea turtles) and understanding of the natural world, and I hope you knew how your shows have truely affected people. You will be sincerely missed steve, and my greatest condolences to those who had the privalige to know steve as a friend, a father and a husband.

You inspired so many people. I really wish that I would have been fortunate enough to have met you and talked all day. I will ALWAYS remember you and your Family. You touched many people in many different ways with one common denominator, your love for nature. Steve you were great. Well I guess now you have a MUCH MUCH bigger crowd to entertain....do what you do best and show them how it's done my friend. I offer my sincerest sympathies to your Family and Friends.

As someone who's LOVED ALL forms of wildlife since 1969, its still very hard for me to accept the fact that The Crocodile Hunter has past away. Its an unexplainable loss. The world will be affected by his loss. My DEEPEST and sincerest sympathy. May GOD bless you, the Irwin family and friends and comfort you all through this unexpected tragedy. PLEASE understand and believe that Steve is at peace. He will ALWAYS be with you in your hearts and souls. I thank Steve personally for the many years of joy and smiles he brought to my home. Hope to be with you some day Steve.

My deepest sympathys to Steve's family ,however he went the way he'd like to i'd guess .. Messing about with wild animals ... Crikey ... What a way to go eh

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for sharing your loved one with us through the years, his love of nature & animals has inspired so many of us in many ways.
I have learned so much by his efforts. Steve has been my 9yo sons hero for years and likely will be for years to come. Because he was such a "real" person my son Adam would get emotionally into the situation, as if he were part of it.
Bind your familys strength together, help each other through these sad times. Remember that you have shared a truely great man with the world, and know you are all in our thoughts and prayers.
Find comfort in knowing you have each others love, as well as the love of your extended family and friends who have shared many great moments and always felt as Steve was talking directly to us as he would a dear friend.
