"It takes one rotten stingray to spoil the bunch..."

hoho, wait a minute , stingray"s are doing only what mother nature learn them to do, and that is defending there selves by danger whit the spine, they never attack when they are not in danger if we don"t know what is really happened there , don"t say the stingray is guilty at the first place , it is very sad what has happened, but ray"s are no toy's, and we all know that steve was going very far , with animals especially to touch them , but evenso r.i.p steve , i also enyoyed what you did , but maybe the love for dangerous and poison animals , has become fatal for you, and this will be a lesson for me too, how carefull i must be with my ray"s , god bless you

Dear Terri, Bindy and Baby Bob,

it is with my deepest heartfelt sympathy that I feel while I write this, the world lost a great man,a great soul,a great conservationist, a great son, a great husband, an incredible father,a great educator, and a great entertainer. I am writting this from Ontario Canada, we have no crocs here in the wild and never will but one thing is forsure we had the best croc of them all, the croc hunter.

Crocs around the world can now sleep a little easier but the rest of the world wont. I will never be able to accept that steve is gone, I cant imagine how you the family must feel if I cannot grasp the absence of steve.

I seen an episode on tonight in memory of Steve and its the croc diaries where foxy the fox had to be put down and Steve was explaining the one of the keepers that when one door closes another door opens, when he lost his mother in a car crash Bindy came into your lives. then when Foxy was put down a new kit came into the zoo's life. The door that closed behind Steve will never be opened again by anyone, someday baby Bob and Bindy may open it but for years to come that door is locked. Steve's shoes are impossible to fill, and his foot steps are too big to follow.

It was such a freak accident which is maybe why I cannot grasp what has happened. I used to own 2 pet stingrays and I know how docile they are which is why I am totally stunned. I cannot believe the odds that this happened and god must have something he needs Steve for. maybe there are some croc problems in heaven or maybe something else but all I know is that he is reunited with his mother and his #1 best mate Suie.

I've cried many tears watching tribute videos and also episodes on t.v. No one ever has touched me like he has through his loss. Steve's loss is a real eye opener and I hope other people realize what his goal in life was and since he isnt here anyone we can all do our part to contribute, I know I will.

Steve is the most energetic, spunky, outgoing, enthusiastic, sincere real and genuine person I have ever seen. Through the fame and everything he stayed the same all along. Never frowned always bubbly and happy just hearing his voice and how excited he would get about the smallest thing would bring a smile to my face. Even tho Steve became famous world wide he didnt seem to change one bit and never let the fame go to his head. Steve treated everyone he encountered the same and with utmost respect. He seemed like the kind of guy that would give you the shirt off his back no matter who you were. Seeing how Steve lived has made me want to live life more positivly and happily. he was such a true down to earth and likable person and the world is truly saddened.

You did so much for this world in so little time, but now has come time for you to rest. God seen how much work you did for his world that he needed your help in heaven, we know if it was up to you Steve you would'nt rest until your work here with animals and conservation was done but god decided it was time for you to rest which is why he took you away from us in such a quick shocking way. You will still touch the lives of us all
through the knownledge and shows you left behind, your efforts will not go to waste Steve.

May god rest your soul Steve and watch over Terri, Bindy, Baby Bob and the Australia Zoo.

sincerely,
Dan Reed

P.S. CROCS RULE!!!!!!!

When I heard about the death of Steve Irwin I cant say I wasn’t shocked. When I heard how he died I was even more shocked. The world has lost a great crusader for wild life and wilderness awareness. He will be missed and will never be replaced. My condolences to his family and close friends for this untimely loss. His actions and life will never be forgotten or lost to time, and his legacy of conservation and demystifying “scary” animals will never be forgotten. He will truly be missed. Rest in peace.

No amount of sympathetic words will fill the void or bring back Steve. He lit up the tv and lit up our lives. To those fortunate few who knew him well, he is not to be mourned but to be remember fondly forever, for the years of laughter, fun, enthusiasm and knowledge he brought to each and everyone in his own special Steve way. He touched people's lives in a way that he will never know.

What he did for the animals he loved will without a doubt be conitinued as a result of his wonderful personality, and I am sure this is what he would want.

God bless him and all his friends and family.

Hey fellow fish lovers,
I still can't believe the man who I have come to love on my favorite show has pass away.... I will miss his humor and passion for the animals so much! He has left a very big mark in the world!
He is greatly miss,
Dat

Dear Irwin Family & Friends,
I am deeply sad of Steve's passing.... The world has lost a good man and protector to the animals of this great planet. There will never be another as great as Steve! I hope that there will be many students of mentor Steve who will pick up his fight for preserving and loving the beautiful, unique animal of the world.
My Sincere condolences,
Dat Q. Tran

Steve Irwin was truly one of a kind. His passing is a great loss for the world. May we all take after his awesome spirit, understanding, and passion for wildlife.

Theres not much else to say. All the great people here at mfk has pretty much described how i feel and i too have only cried twice at the loss celebreties that being dale and steve. Steves has hit me the hardest of all. Its hard to just see him on tv without being choked up so i could never imagine the pain that the family must feel. I did not believe that it had happened when i heard the news. Steve irwin was as close as it comes to being immortal in my eyes and when the accident happened it just blew me away. One episode that really sticks out in my mind is when crocodile mary had died and how much steve cried and the passion u could see about what he lived for. when it comes to good people and i mean the very good people of the world i do not believe in the phrase rest in peace i believe he is showing his enthusiasm and excitement like he did here on earth but in a much better place . hes not in the ground he is in heaven. Do not stand at his grave and weep for he does not lie there instead look at the sky and smile for were he truely is with the lord. steve rules

steve has taught us a good lesson even in his death. we look at him as someone who fights for nature in the wildest way we can imagine. In our amusement, we forgot that we too, his fans, should be fighting for the same cause beside him. for sure this incident will pass us by like everyhing in our lives, but lets not put it to waste. instead of us mourning of his passing, let us start saving nature in our own little way. We don't have to chase alligators and snakes to do this like what steve did, there are things we can do even in the confines of our own homes. im sure sir steve would be happier seeing us do this and that will make him have his peace which all of us are hoping for him now.

for the family of steve, we thank you for opening our eyes and jumpstarting our drive for nature care. Your whole family gave us a whole new perspective on how to do this and that proving it is everyones responsibility including toddlers and kids. your kids will be good for sure for they have learned in an early age what their responsibilities are. never say goodbye to steve but just say see you later for we'll all meet our love ones again someday.

Thank you Steve! Salamat!
