doees anyone here know how to raise three spined stickleback?wt do u feed them and ext. plz help i jts got one in the minnows from a bait shop

What I did was use a 20gal long with a power head filter on one end for current, some smaller driftwood pieces and fine gravel on the bottom. Mine ate brine shrimp, flake, and NLS pellets (the small ones). No heater, no artificial light, not much to it.

ok i didnt think it was much but i just wanted to make sure ty for the info ill get back to u on how well it goes!

if u have a pair the male will make a funnel nest similar to a floorless bird's nest turned on the side. They are probably easy to keep. Common, small, FW or SW, etc. Probably also wont be eaten by anything. I find them frozen with Silversides when I go fishing and we go for Bluefish which will eat anything and they dont even take a tiny dead one with spines snapped off.

ok i want to get another one now the one i had died because the green sunfish i have killed him so i want to get another one lol

Anything that will fit a stickleback in it's mouth can eat them. Depends on how hungry the fish is. I've feed them to greenies, RB, perch ect.. I also jig walleyes/smallies with them when they find their way in with flatheads. Not my preferred bait but it works.

They are.

Also... GET A BIGGER TANK!

Then dont add any fish to your present tank right now till you get another tank.

Dont even try. He is a very impatient person if you havent figured that out yet by his annoying posts. And lack of will power to use google. I even taugh him how to spell it. So i will baby him by sending him direct links until he gets it.
