If he did use google he would find out the fish he is asking about has a distribution no where near where he is, and he might just find out also there is one called a "Brook stickleback". The actual fish he should be asking questions about...

well i already know there arnt any stickle backs around here and i never said im getting a 300 gallon aquarium only a 100 or 55 and i sometimes use google if no one here has had the fish before i am asking about so seriously y not help me instead of being a jerk

And only the Brook stickleback is native to IOWA.. there is zero records for Three spined anywhere near you... Given Iowa's bait laws you also are not going to find them there either...
