That's right Jeff, that's what I said, and I stand by all of it. Most of that was the edited version, I was attempting to be polite so no one cried. I guess I missed the mark. lol
Hello; I am trying to avoid stooping to your level. However tempting that is it will not do the forum any good.

LOL, you better hook up with Carp too. You feel that it's ok to be Frank's personal interpreter, and call me a douche, but I should send you a PM to tell you to mind your own business. That's rich.

You guys deserve each other, carry on .......

I said maybe YOU should send him a PM if you didn't want others in your business. I didn't call you a douche directly that's just what it looked like and it was a joke obviously by the pic attached...however considering how you're currently addressing. If the shoe fits....

Brainstorming | Definition of Brainstorming by Merriam-Webster

Definition
of brainstorming. : a group problem-solving technique that involves the spontaneous contribution of ideas from all members of the group; also : the mulling over of ideas by one or more individuals in an attempt to devise or find a solution to a problem — see also 2brainstorm. See brainstorming defined for kids

Hello; I have in the past used this technique in my science classes. I think the part about "spontaneous contribution" is the more important part. Often with a new group of students someone would call an idea "stupid" or some such. I would write the idea on the board along with the other ideas. When we ran out of new or different ideas then we would go to the next phase.
That next phase was taking each idea and discussing the merits. A truly bad idea would soon be dismissed. Ideas that seemed feasible would be kept and then we would try to fit them into a testable hypothesis.

After a few times most students would see some value in brainstorming.

Interesting meme. Whos it directed at ?
Just some self-deprecating humor. I thought it was obvious. There was a pointless meme-fest going on and I wanted in.

Sorry, please allow my addendum. In less than 24 hrs I went from award winning hero, to a cowardly underhanded lying internet tough guy wannabe troll. lol The hero part was a joke, I guess you missed the humor?

But now I should just let it all go, 'cause Frank says so.

And PYRU, that's twice in one week that you used that term and my user ID in the same sentence. I get it, you're part of the skullduggery crew, so you have to come across as pro skull mind think. It's all good.

And Jeff, thanks for the history lesson. I have no issue with brainstorming, my point, that seems to have gotten lost along the way, is that me/myself and I, thought that it was a stupid idea. Yes, I could have worded that in a kinder gentler more version, but I thought that this being the Lounge, I could speak freely. I guess not. lol

I also explained why, in that I felt that no matter what you called that section, the end result would be the same. As Rob explained, that's why no such section exists. Steve mentioned the same thing early on in this discussion, so clearly others share my opinion. Either way it was just an opinion.

I understand that no one said that this was going to be a LAWLESS area, but in your brainstorming of ideas you suggested this could be a folder where apparently "new" TOS could apply, such as allowing topics that are not currently allowed.

Are you still with me?

My response to that was who was going mod said section, and why would anyone want to? I also said that by having to have a mod in that section, it would take away resources that could be spent more wisely elsewhere. That's not me putting words in anyone's mouths, that's me calling it like I see it. Remember, we were just shooting the shhhh.

I recall all of this without looking back, or reposting who said what when. Not too sure how any of that makes me a cowardly underhanded lying internet tough guy wannabe troll. lol But ok, now I know how you really feel.

Oh, and over the past 12 yrs, I don't recall ever having any fan boys blowing anything in my direction. If anything, I've had more than my share of flame fests with members that seemed to have difficulty with their reading comprehension skills. A LOT of that took place before most of you were members here, so you probably wouldn't remember that. I'm quite certain that I wouldn't have ever been voted most popular - nor do I give a rats ass.

Fan boys, that's funny. lol It is for that exact reason why I declined a mod position here, I felt that my face on the welcome mat was probably not in the best interest of MFK. I was thinking more about the community, than myself.

My bad. Been a tense past couple of days in here lol. So me and you have disagreed allot especially on politics. We never got ugly. I think in general all of us (members) could act this way in our hypothetical thunderdome

Im interested in you're thoghts.... do you think subjects like politics, religion ect ect will always be sort of taboo ? Has it gotten worse over the yrs ? More to do with the personalities involved in the convo ?

My week started over Sunday. Last week was in reference to you mentioning db's then celebrating what's his name getting being banned...again jokingly.

I apologize if I offended you it's not my intent. Do you have a term you prefer?
