"tied" world record bass

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
what a rule has to be 2 ounces more to tie
doesnt make any sense

Hmmm, If only we had deep lakes In texas that were not destoyed by Dumb***** who thought it would be a good idea to use carp to get the algae out : (

Never saw anybody hold up a fish like that. He couldn't have held it up to the camera like a normal person for size ref? Looks like photoshop.haha

Bass lakes in California were stocked with Rainbow Trout as a protein source, correct?
yeah but the lake in japan has native trout (ayu) and salmon (biwa trout).

but Japan? I never saw that coming! I was figuring Cali, Texas, Mexico, Florida, and hopefully Georgia AGAIN! but no it had to be japan? nothing offensive but like 90% of people in japan are video gamers and wouldnt know a shark from a bass if one bit em! but the 10% who arent the gaming ,hackers i like.

No Texas has been screwed for decades... we got overfished wuick in the late 80's and most of the lakes were invaded by carp we brought in : (

I also however think your misinterpratation of Japan is almost Comical.

Actually, your right and your wrong. But there are some real pro bass fisherman in Japan that im pretty darn sure can take the world championship. They have entered the Internation Bass Tourney before, they haven't took it yet. The last tourney I heard of is from a Lake in Italy, I think it was Italy and they fished in a Lake called Lake Garda. Real nice and deep lake, but the bass in that lake are very rare. Suprising to see the Russia team came out on top, while the USA team(Gary Yamamoto) they took 7th place after 3 days of bass fishing just to catch 1 fish or 2 that is no bigger than 4lbs.

If you talk about gamers, your looking at South Korea. They have some awesome games, I'll admit. Japan is full of technology that I don't know when the USA is going to catch up with them, but anyways back to the topic.

I say good for Japan for possibly having at least a tie for the record bass, but I bet someone here in the U.S. will get the new record sometime soon.
I would like to see a new world record of another fish get caught like I heard a while back of a walleye that was caught and released that could have beat the world record. Or I would like to see a new world record small mouth bass. I have a river that has the potentialy to produce some hogs but maybe in a few years it will become even greater.
