Tig coloration

They will be exposed to some level of stress - when they are not able to carry out natural behavior. Of course they dont necessarily die, but is die/not die the only aspect...? (-Seems like that is the general opinion).
 
I don't have any hiding places in my tank no wood no tubes no rocks nothing just water sand and fish

I get to see my fish more with no decor and the water stays better as no places for crap to get stuck under

T1karmann is right may take up to 2 weeks or more... one of mine took almost a month to start taking them... just give it time... they can go a long time without food... i did have one that still doesn't take pellets but he is eating tilapia fellets... could try that as well... the texture would be closer to live (if that is what he was on) and he might take that more ready if you get worried about going to long without food... i also do not have many hiding places and mine act the same way... swimming in the corner in the current.. goodluck these are great fish ;)
 
Update day 9 or so with no food. My ID shark takes them but my tig won't. And no my ID gets chased by my tig so the tig has the option to eat. How can I tell if my tig literally starts to starve will there be any thing noticeable I could take notice to. He was on krill and frozen blood worms.
 
You are getting close to the tig eating pellets now don't give in

If he still has not eat after say 4 weeks then just give him one small bit of what he was eating before and soak some pellets in the juice of the food over night

You are at the point now when most people start to panic
