tiger muskie in a 800+ gallon pond?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
They will do fine with no current and they should live just fine in that pond. Honestly if your muskie reach over 3' I will be impressed. They do get to 5+' in the wild but I cannot fathom that happening in captivity. Also don't be surprised if one grows faster than the other and eats it.

:headbang2 got got go guys cya keep posting tho:headbang2

They will reach an average size of 4 feet - some topping of at 5 feet. A good sized pond is needed. I'd suggest something in the range of 15'x15' or bigger with whatever you like for depth.

ohhh 9 by 9 i thought it was 4 feet wide not deep ohh that should be okay but these fish are built for speed and can make incredible bursts of speed so longer is better

try a little colder mabye 72 deggres they are cold water fish in a pond a temp be fine under 75 or so but mabye not 20 deggre water thought, cold :chillpill:

yea

for an adult try to make the pond about 15feet long and 10 feet wide 20 feet long would be better but 15 will last a long time
