increase temp and maybe a lil salt. it happens to most of them in aquariums. it wont kill him.

when he was little not even a foot, he was in 55 gallon. one day he swim fast and ran right into the glass. thats how this all started and his skin healed. now i have a 180gallon he more than a foot long now and he did it again. should i take him out and bend it straight? or all i can do is put salt in the water?
