Hmmm.. Tiger rays come from Peru

and

Tigers Rays + Flower Rays come from Colombia

... which makes me think the ones from Peru might be a little different? aka Rio Nanay ..?

i think it time for the books to be REwritten and alot of these theorys put to rest

Brought in a 12" female. She started eating the day I put her in the tank. From my understanding tigers need warm water. 82-84 degrees is ideal. Also, water perimeters have to always be perfect. I really think by adding sand into the tank, it helps the ray adjust.

Hi i have had 4 tiger rays and only lost one due to a power cut and filter not restarting, all were WC the 2 males were small and a pain to get them to feed it took almost a month and i had to use live fish to get them started, the 2 females were 30cm animals and i had them feeding in 2 days one was picky and the other was a very agresive feeder, i wish you all the best as i think that they stunning rays but they do get very large
