Tigrinus water Temperature

I wouldnt go much more than that,perhaps 78 degrees tops,these cats rely on fast moving water in the wild,this type of water is rich in disolved oxygen,the warmer the water the less disolved oxggen it holds,if your going to up the temp make sure you install an additional air source.
 
Mine was in 75 degree water in the winter and mid 80s in the summer. I never noticed a difference in behavior. I did have tons of aeration through the wet/dry which probably helped
 
keep mine in 80 during winter and as high as 90 in summer. but has enormous aeration.
