What kind of fish are you feeding it to? Personally I've never seen as you describe, my Aros' poop is always normal, perhaps different fish my react differently.
Discus, Severums, rams, convicts
Maybe won't be an issue for predetory fish? idk

Good point, I can see that happening with those fish which are more omnivores, I'd bet carnivores digestive systems would handle it better. So OP what kind of fish do you have? :)

Should be no problem for polys if I had to guess, but you won't know until you try (and recommended to get the best quality, or more expensive pangasius as you can, better chance it comes from a good farm.
there is only one kind soled..so there is unfortunately no choise...
But it's bio-pangasius and i'm very heavy looking after good food quality....i already had bad experience with choosing the wrong food...

Try fish markets if you have one nearby. They should have more variety than the supermarket.

I feed a wide variety of fish to my fishes. Everything from herring, pollock and anjovis wich is saltwaterfish to pangasius wich is freshwater. Just because its a fish from saltwater doesnt mean ju cant feed it to your freshwaterfish. Main diet for my fishes is actually saltwaterfish fillets. If you have any asian foodmarket or grocerystore near, your would be able to find plenty of feeding alternatives. I usually buy small macrobrachium dayanum frozen cheap at an asian grocerystore.
