hey i read on the internet that you can keep tilapia in saltwater can i keep a tilapia mozambiquss in brackish water tank how do i acclimatize it from fresh to brackish

You can keep mozzies in brackish water.
Acclimating isn't too hard of a deal.
You can drip acclimate them or slowly raise the salinity over the course of several weeks.

That's not a mozambique, just so you know.
Looks like mariae but I'm not 100%.

If you have a HOB filter toss a handful or 2 of rock salt in the morning, then another couple in the evening, and test until you get to the salinity or specific gravity you want to achieve.
Or if you have a sump toss it into a tray or right in the sump.
I do this if I get a case if ich, and test until the salinity tops 3ppt, usually takes 2 days with no ill effects so far.

Don't you want to keep brackish conditions?? You need salt in order to keep a brackish tank.
