If the eggs are on an object that is removable can take them out now. Just make sure there is good flow over the eggs so they don't go bad, you have to replace mom and dad in fanning the eggs. Could wait for three daysish for them to hatch then just suck them out with a syphon hose.

the only tank i have on hand is my hospital tank that i feel they would get eaten in since there is a gold zebra loach and a juv ebjd in there, thinking about leaving them in the tank til they get to the free swimming age then transferring them to the hospital tank

I did not see the edit, I do now. Good to know, that will be what I do then sounds like the best bet for everyone, I see everyone saying to feed baby brine shrimp is this what you suggest too?

I would play this by ear or more so depends on your tank. If you have a lot of algea growing on stuff I wouldn't bother with it. The parents will herd the fry around the tank to graze on everything. Parents will also chew thier food above the fry cloud so the bits rains down on them.
If you want to help them you can use baby brine shrimp or crushed flakes.

update, my jd pair have dug out like 8 trenches nearby the eggs half the tank is holes, very interesting to watch.

well they have moved the babies to one of the five trenches dug and its crazy how many of them little guys there are, feel free to offering me advice and personal experiences, thanks guys.

Depends, are you trying to actually raise the fry. If so ya take them out now. If not just monitor and make sure mom and dad don't tag team attack.
