Time for Trev to be a Grandpa?

OMG there is a lot of action going on in that tank, looks crowded but the rays don't seem to mind. I think i counted 5 rays there, what size tank? I have 5 in a 9x4 foot print. Just had to remove my last piece of bog wood this week end as the male is desperately trying to get his way with one of the females and the wood seems to get in the way. So far he has been stung in the top of the disk and somehow cut his belly open. So nothing to stop him now (hopefully). Good luck with yours mate.
 
i am so happy for you DB. But i am mad you beat me...LOL

Mine has lots of bite marks and is big, so maybe she already is prego, but i really doubt it :) i think you won :)

There is definitely a lot going on in there..... 5 male and 3 female rays. Lots of toothy fish. Tank is a 10x4. The tank was pretty wide open but after adding the 2nd Dorado I needed to break the tank in half with driftwood.

The Pearl has tried for many months to get things done. I separated him for several months (still on same system though) and upon introduction it was clear he wasn't going to waste any time. Maybe there's something to that break?

Hopefully things go well.....
 
Congrats...it's been what 3 years? Those two were housed together even before you got them so it just makes sense. Can't wait to see what they look like.

Thanks man, didn't think it was that long ago, but could have been. I could probably figure it out pretty quick, only lost a cell phone in Wisconsin once...... :)

The Pearl has seen more of this country then I have, pretty glad he made it back. Just wish I could find a nice lady Pearl for him.
 
OMG, 8 rays in there! I must have lost count. I have 5 in a 9x4 and thought i was overdoing it a little plus you have more males than females. That is interesting. Maybe i need to get another male? Wonder what the wife would say!!
