Tinfoil Barbs

Yes, tinfoils will grow /fast/. Mine have easily gotten to 8" within a few months of purchasing them when they were 3" long! They'll get into just about anything you put into the tank; mine have shown a fondness for chopped cucumber. They'll be growing for some time, too, I'm waiting for them to fill out some more.
My purchase of three normal B. altus and two leucistic B. altus was fairly calculated: I've never had a large tank before, and these guys will be a good excuse to grow into owning something upwards of 250+ gallons. (Yes, I hear some of you out there snickering at my relatively minor goal, I'll check back in once I get into the 1000+ range! )
