blowing out from the pump every 10-15min.last for like 5sec...my setup is 1in from the sump out ,the pump out let is 1in also but from the check valve to the the tank is 3/4.im just checking and tight everythings but still have the same problem .some member here told me its the check valve .but take that out is a b****.anyone have a idea thanks all

dude thats awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
unless it messes with the fish:(

ditch the check valve and just make a hole at or below the water line in the ruturn (from the pump).. if you lose power/pump fails the hole will stop the syphon and keep yer tank from draining... same thing as a check valve... except that check valves can clog or fail...

however it sounds like the water level in yer sump is low.. for whatever reason SOMETIMES this causes the billion bubble effect... when my sump is 1/2-3/4 of an inch low i get bubbles... when its more than an inch its fine till it hits 1.5 inches then i get big bubbles from the whole waterfall effect... and after 2 inches i start sucking air from the surface and it makes all sorts of noise but thats its own problem

lolz i said that i cant take the check valve out because is so close the the "T" ,no way can take the check valve out w/o cutting the "T" off ,and that too much work , i was just say is tiny bubble is gonna kill the fish in the long run? screw the pump i dont care much about the pump just the fish:nilly:sorry for my typing.its a long days

Are you sure everything is sealed up good? I don't so how the bubble would hurt the fish or the heater. if you got a sump, why not put the heater in the sump? If you think its the check valve, maybe you could go around the connections on the valve with silicon to keep the air out?

My sump does that when the water gets low enough for the pump to suck in air. or when the water gets to wavy and the return line pulls air down into the return stream.

bati kaibigan.
In some cases (often with rapid temperature change) excessive bubbles can lead to super saturation of dissolved gasses. Where this can be a problem is that gas bubbles can form on the gills of your fish. In extreme cases, this can reduce the ability of the fish to breathe and it can cause suffocation.
thats what chompers type on the other thread about the bubble .make me worry lolz
