Basically, she wasn't feeling well at all, and my uncle sat in the living room watching star trek. She called my mother in Boston to tell her that Brian wouldn't do anything, and that she felt really sick. She got him on the phone, and he said "Not now, I'm watching star trek". She had a stroke, went into a coma, and died. He managed to steal the inheritence, and tried to stick us with 100% of the death taxes. Negligent homicide, which he got away with. He had to pay the taxes, but got to keep allllllll of the money that he stole from the estate. I haven't spoken to him, or my cousins, or the rest of my family (they don't want to be involved in controversy) since 2001.
