Tire Track Eel Growth Rate?

Does anyone have any experience with the growth rate of a Tire Track Eel? Also is there a food that you can feed it to increase their growth rate? I was just wondering if there was anything that could be done other then just regular water changes lots of oxygen and warm water, ie 82 ish.

i have a 10-11" tt eel i got him at 4" 3 or 4 months ago he was fed on white clouds and mainly on blood worms

Mine has grown maybe 2-3" since I got him back in june at 15".

It's so decieving their growth. I have had mine for about a month now and I got him at about 5" and now he is probably close to 7". The thing is he loves to hide in this piece of wood with holes in it so it's really, really hard to get a good estimate on how much he has actually grown, yet alone take a picture.

mine has put on more girth than length, had little under a month less than an inch growth
