Titanicus L273

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
sounds like a good plan, it'll look too. joes a massive Pseudacanthicus fan, last i heard he was thinking about breeding ponds for them. hardly any of them have proper names yet...

plan is 2 x L273, 1 x L24, 1 x L65, 2 x L25 and possible 3 more pseudas if i can over crowd them abit.

good luck with that stock list! overcrowding them would prob keep aggression down if anything. i think 6 full grown would be good enough though mind you. id love to here those thrashing around at night time!

by the time they're full grown i shld have them in a 250 gallon or more... with an asian aro and a few surprises as they're tankmates.

wondering if i can do away with the wood if i overcrowd them.

yea you prob could, as objects like that and rocks etc, usually get in their way, and they are quite boistrous and could injure themselves. in general they like caves/ pipes as retreats, but if your having more than one, it might be an idea to either put more in that their are plecs, or none at all, cause it will almost definately increase territorial disputes

Add more wood than you think you need. The more options the less territory. I overloaded my wifes 55 with a bunch of my wood to help with her current WAY overstocking of plecs. My 8 L200s, L190, L264 L104, A. Adonis and Chocolate are all in there. A couple days ago my L090 was also in there, there was just so much wood that they all had there own little dwellings. For every pleco you have, have 2 hiding spots ready.
