Hey guys kinda weird that my adult royal clownknife fish have befriended my NEWEST addition to the pond; a 16'' fly-river turtle!

Its weird cuz they attack EVERYTHING that comes near their corner of the pond (except for my fat RTCs) INCLUDING fishnets.

also included sum recent pics of my arowanas in the tank that will soon be transferred to the pond!

That Jar (I am guessing) looks good and ready to enter the pond.
YUPZ! thats exactly right. my helper at home sez that the jar is even thicker and fatter than the silvers already in the pond! he also has quite the attitude so theres no doubt he wud survive in there. ill probs wait till i go home (november 8th) before i transfer him tho!

Only problem with arows in the pond is the risk of them jumping out! thats why i want them large and confident before they take a "leap of faith"

well id wait on the jar for a while that proon or some of the gars will get it at that size needs a few more inches........ if it was me id power feed the aros...... to get the inches on then id put them in the pond but hes got some good sized fish in his pond..... also the FTR is a cool addition to the pond!!!!!!!!! the only thing id change about ur pond is id end up putting some driftwood in it but thats just me...... id have some huge smooth rooks soon and id try to attach plants to it and make it really natural but id probly screw something up by doing it......

haha those are sum great ideas that u suggest. altho the drift wood wud be extremely hard to pull off due to the sheer size and power of sum of the fish. they will just bash it around and might cut them. Large rocks are also a hazard when my fish get excited or scared during thunder storms. the fish might bash into them. im just trying to create the largest possible swimming area in order to minimize injury and maximise space :)

As for the jar. he is longer and thicker than the 10" oscars already inside the pond. yet they dont seem to disturbed due to their aggressive character. The gar and TSN are probably the fish i am most scared of (since my RTCs are too lazy to hunt anything that moves). The paroon only eats pellets. he wont even eat smaller dead fish. hes a bit of a wimp haha. thanks for ure concern tho.

MONSTER!!!

Perhaps the fish think the FRT is a rock? lol

Epic, That's just a sick deal you have there man. I'd just sit there and watch that pond all day long. lol
