Does anyone ever give you hell for liking fish? I get it almost daily, people are like "fish are ***, you are boring because you have fish, they're stupid." ....the list goes on lol. Does anyone else get that? I want to hear!

Nope, never really had that issue in the past or now that I'm older. Sounds like you need to hang around less judgmental people.
I get that from some people but most of them after they see my fish go and get a tank of their own! LOL
at first some people are surprised, but ive never been criticized for it. once people get to know me they often come to me with questions or they try to stump me by showing me a picture of a fish and asking me to id it
Thats how its been here! Even though I only have 2 10 gallons here in housing, 4 other people have gotten their own tanks. My buddy Graham has 2 tanks now. 2 14 gallons with a 4" Jar in one and 4 piranhas in the other. I still have no idea what he is going to do with the jar or the P's, but he has some "plan" up his sleeve or something. I told him he's screwed..
Everyone has obsessions. If your friends make fun of you, punch them in the mouth. They won't make fun of you anymore.
well im 26, but i get it from friends too. most think its cool, but they still think im a tweaker/crackhead cause of my fish lol.
No criticism in my case. I share to my friends my camera filled with fish and snail pics much to their amusement/amazement.
