My current oscar bites me all the time,harder than some adults Ive had.Just about any cichlid ive ever had has bitten me at some point

My 11"male Jag tries to bite me when ever I mess with their tank. He's got me once and my 10" Midas bumps me with his mouth but has never really tried to bite me...yet. I have some 6" clawed frogs that will try to taste my fingers when I'm cleaning their tank.

I keep an 9'' oscar in a 55 gal alone . I've tryed to feed him bye hand or teach him but he nailed me good a few time's I hold large pellets (almost the size of dimes) with my thumb and index finger's. he get's me half way bettwen the first and second knuckle on both finger's 
. it's weird to feel teeth scrape ur nail's..... luckly my 6'' managuense only slap's his tail at me this i can handle !!! lol the other three are still to small to be that bold.. 
. it's weird to feel teeth scrape ur nail's..... luckly my 6'' managuense only slap's his tail at me this i can handle !!! lol the other three are still to small to be that bold.. my oscar bit me once. it was about 12" long. i was trying to get some dead feeders out of the tank(the oscars had finished playing with them) and the one just pounced on my thumb from across the tank bit the knuckle of my thumb scared the $h!*** out of me tore a good sized chunk of skin off my thumb needless to say i freaked jerked my hand out of the water blood went flying and i still have a nickel sized scar today. guess they weren't totally finished playing
my aro has bittin and drawn blood and a few of my friends on stupid bets, but ill tell ya theworste was i ran a fish store and have bitten by almost everything but the 32"electric eel knocked me flat on the ground
iv ben bit by all my eels and my oscar has bit me and my finger got bloody. my florida soft shell bit me and my red ear sliders bit my turtles hurt. im still working on my other fish.(i got to test them all)
