to convict or not to convict

I voted no, If you get a suitable sized tank, then I change my vote to yes

but I've never seen a Con (male or female) that readily spawned through it's adolescence/early adulthood reach this size

Mine didnt spawn a ton, had one batch of 80 I grew out and maybe five other spawns that didnt make it past free-swimming (picked off)

The female stayed very small and eventually died (hence only 6 ish spawns)

but here is the male easily 6+" never measured him, but one of his pink sons was measured at just over 6" and he is bigger

*edit, oh ya I've had him about 2.5 years from about a 1/2"

go for it! i saw a 3.5 inch pink male at a fish store for 2.00 or 2.99 cant remember and grow in inch and is 4.5 inches almost 5 inchces. its a breeder male that has eggs with my female pink right now. ( i evn now there not related yay lol )
 
im getting him as soon as i can ,but remember that i still need to cycle his "tank".
